What we liked
- + Fresh grip tape restores tack and comfort on a worn starter paddle
- + Feel-Tec Pure Grip from JOOLA is designed for a secure, cushioned hold
- + Cheap way to adjust handle thickness before buying a new paddle
Trade-offs
- - Not a paddle, so it only helps players who already own one
- - Wrapping takes a little practice to avoid bumps and loose ends
