What we liked
- + XL elongated shape extends reach on wide balls and lobs
- + Longer face adds leverage for stronger serves and groundstrokes
- + Polymer honeycomb core keeps the extra length controlled and quiet
Trade-offs
- - Elongated shape narrows the face, shrinking the sweet spot on mishits
- - Longer paddle feels slower in fast hand battles at the kitchen
